Our cabinet pulls and knobs are crafted from brass. Brass delivers outstanding durability, substantial weight, and rich tactile feel.
Does brass hardware tarnish?
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc that naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air and moisture.
All of our brass products are finished with a protective lacquer (with the exception of Unlacquered Polishing) to mitigate contact with air and water, resulting in a slower aging process.
To maintain the integrity of the lacquer, avoid using abrasive cleaning products and tools.
What finish options do you offer for brasshandles?
We offer a range of brass finishes to suit different styles and needs, including polished brass, polished chrome, satin brass, brush brass, matte black, PVD nickel, PVD gold, light bronze, yellow bronze, black ancient gold, satin grey, unlacquered polishing, etc.

Do you offer custom finishes?
We offer customized finish services to meet your specific needs. To ensure accuracy, please send us your color samples for reference. With a physical sample, we can match and confirm the finish with greater precision.
How do I clean and maintain brass cabinet pulls?
Clean brass cabinet pulls with a soft cloth and warm water, then wipe dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals to prevent surface coating damage. Regular maintenance keeps the hardware in good appearance.

What does “center to center” mean?
“Center to center” is the distance between the centers of the two mounting screw holes. This dimension determines whether the handle fits your existing hole positions when replacing old hardware.
How do I choose the correct handle size formy cabinets and drawers?
The key measurement is the center-to-center distance—the space between the two screw holes. We list this on every product page, as it's the most critical factor for replacement.
Can I use the same handle for both cabinetdoors and drawers?
Most of our brass pulls work for both doors and drawers. For wider or heavier drawers, we recommend opting for a longer, more heavy-duty handle to ensure comfortable, stable operation with daily use.
Do you sell sample pieces?
Yes, we do. We support individual sample orders so you can evaluate the weight, texture, and actual finish before placing a bulk order.
What screws are included with brass handles?
Standard mounting screws matching typical cabinet door thickness are included with every handle. For extra thick cabinet panels, you will need to purchase longer screws separately.
Can I install these handles by myself?
Yes. Basic household drill is required. Pre-drill holes on your cabinet panel then fasten the screws from the backside. We recommend using low torque to avoid scratching the brass surface.
Will brass handles scratch duringinstallation?
Brass is relatively soft. Protect the finish during installation; avoid metal tools directly rubbing against the handle surface.

What is your lead time for orders ?
In-stock items ship quickly. For out of stock and custom bulk orders, production lead time varies. Please send the styles you need to us, and then we can check the production lead time for you.
Do you handle large orders for commercial or residential projects?
Yes. We supply homeowners, contractors, and designers with project-size orders.Please contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific requirements.
Can I mix different handle styles withinone order?
Yes, you may combine different cabinet knob, cabinet pull, and appliance pull styles in one single order.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled
items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made, modified, or special-finish
orders are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return request?
To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number and photos of the items. We will review your request and reply with return instructions within 2–3 business days. Please do not send any items back before receiving our confirmation.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The actual arrival time of the funds depends on your original payment provider's processing schedule.After that, it's up to your payment provider—most banks take a few extra days to post the funds to your account.
My handles have scratches afterinstallation. Can I return them?
Unfortunately, hardware that has been installed, scratched, or shows signs of wear is not eligible for return. We strongly recommend inspecting all items carefully before drilling and installation to ensure they meet your expectations.
